Women's Yoga with Jai

This group is rooted in respect and care. If you identify as a woman and value diversity and shared humanity, this is the women's group for you!

Women of all ethnicities and cultures are welcome, including cisgender and transgender women; lesbian, bi, and straight women; mothers and childfree women.

Moms, please keep in mind that these classes are childfree. At this time childcare isn't provided during my classes.

I do not consent to being recorded, and I extend the same respect to class attendees.
