Women's Yoga with Jai

These classes are a private, intentional practice space for women (including transwomen).
Skylight Yoga offers other classes and teachers that are open to all genders. You’re welcome to explore those options if they’re a better fit.
This is a childfree class. The studio does not provide childcare, and children may not attend.

To maintain privacy and focus:
• phones must be turned off
• recording or social media content creation is not permitted
• please respect the confidentiality of others in the room

I do not consent to being recorded, and I extend the same respect to students.
