What we’re about

Our Classes:

Jennie's heart-centred and exploratory yoga is infused with joy and discovery. Each class is different and gently challenging in ways that are unexpected and liberating. Emphasis is on awareness; on the movement of the spine; on the natural, child-like simplicity of a whole breath, and re-learning how to trust and release - and a fine sense of belonging from within.

Our classes are welcoming for all levels, abilities and creeds. We share our breath and our joy. After class there is a complimentary tea in the adjoining cafe where participants can get to know one another, share experiences, get clarity and simply bask in a like-minded, caring community.
