Yoga for My Homies

Come breathe, play, move your spine, breathe, laugh, challenge yourself, oh and did I mention breathe?

This is yoga in an environment that is not only breathtaking, but is non-intimidating and fun. All levels are always welcome. Students are encouraged to do what is appropriate for their bodies on any given day. Breath is always the most important in yoga….the poses are secondary--whew! Bring a mat if you have one (towel if not), water, sunscreen and a smile.

All classes are free.

Class is always on--rain or shine!

1 hour class focusing on strength training with weights. Class will begin at Kapaolono Park with yoga, followed by a walk down and up the Kilauea Ave. hill incorporating strength training, and finishing back at the park again for a restorative ending. *Bring: dumbbells
