Yoga Grove Paris brings together people from all around the world who share a love for yoga or want to improve their wellness while meeting new friends!
Classes are taught in English/French and follow Vinyasa yoga sequences for all levels.

Please bring a yoga mat with you OR a big beach towel to practice. If you do not have any of these, feel free to contact me and I will find a solution. It's best to arrive already dressed in a comfy sports outfit.
Participation fee : Donation based. The suggested contribution is 10€.
