Vinyasa Flow

Join Karlie on Thursday evenings this summer for a vinyasa flow. Our classes are all donation based and open to everyone! We recommend bringing a mat, towel, or blanket to practice on. When you arrive keep an eye out for our teachers in City Park - west side, roughly located across from 20th/21st and York Street. The graham bible house is a good way finder.
