Join Beth for our first Yoga for Runners class June 27th at 9 AM! Beth has a certification in Yoga for Athletes and is a triathlete and long-distance runner. The class will be a Vinyasa flow focusing on increasing hamstring and hip flexibility as well as releasing muscle fatigue and soreness in your calves, hamstrings and IT bands. A deep releasing stretch with an energizing flow. Also great for hikers, athletes and anyone who spends a lot of time on their feet.
