Have you ever been interested in learning about arm balances or improving your arm balance technique? Join Karlie and learn the foundations of Arm Balance postures outside of a traditional vinyasa structure during this Yoga in the Park pop-up event! In this workshop we will learn about the basics of arm balance postures, explore various arm balance prep techniques, and then dive into trying out a few foundational arm balances. During this workshop we will focus on crow pose, crane pose, and lolasana. No prior experience is required.

What to bring:
-mat/blanket
-water bottle
-yoga blocks if you have them!
