Join Karlie for an all levels Vinyasa flow! Every four weeks you will explore a new theme and a corresponding new series of postures. This class is suitable for all levels and offers both introductory modifications and advanced challenges. The vinyasa structure of this class will include an active flow with opportunity for rest as class winds down.
