Yoga Kawa’s Candlelight Restorative Yoga is a deeply restful practice designed to invite the body into complete support, stillness, and ease.

Unlike active yoga practices, Restorative Yoga uses bolsters, blankets, and blocks to comfortably support the body in restful postures held for extended periods. With little muscular effort required, the practice creates space to slow down, soften physical tension, and settle into deep relaxation.

This is a practice of receiving rather than achieving — an opportunity to rest without expectation, reconnect with yourself, and simply be.

Every session starts with 2 minutes of breathwork and concludes with 3 minutes of stillness and the resonant vibration of OM, sealing the practice with centered calm and gentle awareness.
