In this in-person, 7-week beginner mindfulness meditation course you will learn the foundations of a meditation practice to cultivate well-being and nurture your relationship with yourself and others.
No prior experience is necessary, so come as you are and embark on a transformative journey. In a friendly and supportive environment, we will explore mindfulness of the breath and body, as well as delve into our thoughts and emotions.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
If you are completely new to mindfulness meditation, you will benefit greatly. And if you have a meditation practice and would like to practice in community and revisit some ideas about mindfulness, acceptance and loving kindness, this course is for you too.
WHAT SHALL I EXPECT?
- Each class takes 90 minutes, combining theory, practice, and Questions and Answers.
- Classes take place on Wednesdays between 18:30 and 20:00, from 15 May to 3 July (no class on 26 June 2024).
- Location: near the Opera house in downtown Budapest
- The course is limited to 10 people to create an intimate and safe atmosphere for personal inquiry.
- The course fee includes seven 90-minute live sessions, detailed email handouts, and audio recordings available for three months. Standard fee: 57,000HUF and supported fee: 47,000HUF. The supported fee is only available through my website, see link below.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Eszter Farkas is a certified mindfulness meditation instructor (Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach). Eszter has been teaching meditation and yoga for nearly a decade and regularly participates in workshops and retreats to stay connected to the teachings and to continue to deepen her practice.
