We’re hosting a warm, beginner-friendly Sunday morning mindfulness meditation session for anyone feeling a bit stretched, overwhelmed, or just craving connection.

Your guide is Eszter Farkas, Hungarian-born certified mindfulness meditation and movement instructor with a newfound love for matcha lattes. Eszter has worked in fast-paced and high-pressure environments and shares tools to shift from “always on alert” to calm, grounded presence.
