Let's meet outside, move, and have some fun! Basic Hatha poses for beginners with the option to go deeper. This class is designed to start with vinyasa flow to warm up, and include standing poses and core work.
The class works with inner awareness and the breath, fostering an individual experience to yield maximum personal benefits; can be practiced by anyone of any age. Modifications taught and encouraged. A unique sequence of poses to build strength and flexibility of body and mind, and ends with deep relaxation.
Bring a mat (or beach towel if you don't have one).
