Activities & Excursions

Hike Table Mountain from Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens

Explore the world-famous Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden, nestled at the foot of Table Mountain.
A spectacular trail leads from the gardens up the eastern slopes of the mountain—one of the most memorable hikes in South Africa.

Cape Point & the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve

Just 30 minutes from our venue lies the stunning Cape Point within the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve.
This beautiful park offers dramatic coastal scenery, hiking trails, quiet beaches, and incredible viewpoints. Keep an eye out for wildlife and birdlife along the way.

V&A Waterfront & Robben Island

The vibrant Victoria & Alfred Waterfront is Cape Town’s most visited attraction. Here you’ll find a lively harbour, shops, restaurants, an open-air cinema, and the fascinating Two Oceans Aquarium.

From the waterfront you can take a ferry to the historic Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned. Now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the island offers a powerful insight into South Africa’s history during apartheid.

Visit the Penguins at Boulders Beach

At Boulders Beach you can get incredibly close to a colony of endangered African penguins—one of the few places in the world where you can swim near them in their natural habitat.

Horse Riding on Noordhoek Beach

Only five minutes from the venue, a nearby equestrian centre offers horse riding through wetlands and along Long Beach beneath Chapman’s Peak. Wildlife sightings often include seals, whales, otters, and coastal birdlife.
