If you enjoy great hikes, delicious food and would like to begin or deepen your yoga practice, why not join us for a Yoga Trails weekend.

Each day will begin with an energising yoga session to invigorate you for a great day's walk, followed by a delicious breakfast buffet of fresh fruit, yogurts, organic bread and freshly brewed coffee. We then head out for our hikes taking in the fantastic views of the British countryside. We return in the afternoon with plenty of time to relax before our evening yoga session to help stretch out and soothe those well-used leg muscles, followed by a delicious vegetarian dinner and relaxing evening.

If you love to hike and have never done yoga before but would like to give it a try please join us. We generally have a really lovely mix between those who are completely new to yoga and those who go to yoga classes regularly.

Our weekends are all about things that are good for you! Your body will be strengthened with yoga and pampered with delicious, healthy food and your mind calmed with rest and fresh air from the beautiful walks. Join us, you'll be glad you did! :)

Yoga & Hiking Weekend in Bath - 2 to 4 October

2 to 4 October - Bath & Avon Valley, Somerset Our venue for this weekend is a beautiful 4-star manor set within 64 acres of grounds near the centre of historic Bath. With regular trains from London Paddington to Bath followed by a short 10 minute taxi ride from the station it takes less than 2 hours to get to this stunning 18th-century manor hidden in woodland and Somerset countryside. The hotel also boasts a full gym, heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, hydra beds all free for guests to use. Bath is famously one of England's prettiest towns, delightfully set within the Avon Valley and surrounded by rolling countryside. The town is also known for its natural hot springs and 18th-century Georgian architecture built from the honey-coloured local stone. Our comfortable hotel accommodation is also perfectly situated for some wonderfully picturesque walking along the river, canal and idyllic countryside around Bath. This weekend will give us a chance to explore a truly wonderful part of Somerset. Come enjoy this most beautiful and historic landscape with us! A Weekend of Workshops with Desiree Rumbaugh & Andrew Rivin Friday, 14th May from 4pm to Sunday, 16th May at 3pm This is a little different to our usual yoga and hiking weekends as we have a very rare opportunity to enjoy a weekend of workshops with two Master Yoga Teachers! Hikes will be offered for partners who are not quite this much into their yoga (yet) 😉 Desiree & Andrew bring with them over thirty years of experience working with the body and yogic teachings. Expect lively & informative sessions that will help you understand key alignment concepts as well as the anatomy & biomechanics. The tools you will learn on this weekend workshop are designed to support your practice as it evolves with you. Walk away knowing how to work smarter, more efficiently, and therapeutically with your physical body at all stages. www.desireerumbaugh.com Programme: Friday, 14th May: 4.30pm - 7pm Free to Move About: Poses That Clear Lower Back and Hip Stiffness This class will focus on freeing the lower back tightness that we all collect and store. What a great end to your week and a fantastic beginning to our weekend journey! Saturday 16th May: 10am - 12:30pm Fluid Spine: Poses for Better Balance of Flexibility and Strength Starting from the beginning and progressing gradually at your own pace, this class will eventually lead you to new discoveries about your unique spine and what you need to do to keep it flexible and fluid. Saturday: 2:30pm - 5pm Fifty Shades of Twists: Poses for Freedom in the Back, Hips and Knees Twists are good medicine. They are great gifts in all their different shapes and applications. Expect a little of everything in this playful energizing class. Sunday, 17th May: 10am - 12.30pm Serious Relief for Stressed Out Neck and Shoulders Your neck and shoulders deserve some good love and attention, and yoga offers the chance for incredible healing for these tight and often tempermental areas. We will strengthen first, then stretch and re-position as needed. This class is the perfect finish for our weekend. It will prepare you to begin your week with more energy and vitality. (10 hours total) Hope you can join us!
