Release & Relax~Yoga for Restful Sleep combines the gentle movements of yoga with mindfulness and other psychological principles to release the stress of the day, relax the body and mind, and prepare for a restful night's sleep. 😴
We will start with mindfulness and breathwork practices...followed by yoga poses/asanas... and will end with guided relaxation and stillness to integrate what we learned. 🧘♀️
