This four-hour workshop in Albuquerque, created and guided by Eli Pele, a lifelong yogi, dancer, and meditation practitioner, introduces a unique fusion developed through decades of practice and exploration.
Through awareness, breath, and intuitive movement, you’ll discover new pathways of expression — grounding the body, freeing the mind, and reconnecting to your natural vitality.
This workshop is designed for adults 33 and older who wish to deepen their relationship with body and spirit — no performance, no competition, just authentic movement and connection.

Yoga | Movement & Improvisation is a four-part workshop progression unfolding over four consecutive months in Albuquerque, beginning November 30, 2025.
Each session offers a unique invitation to explore your own movement language — blending yoga, intuitive movement, and improvisation into one mindful, liberating experience.
Through presence, breath, and embodied awareness, you’ll be guided to move beyond familiar patterns and rediscover a sense of flow, vitality, and authenticity.
Created and guided by Eli Pele, a lifelong yogi, dancer, and meditation practitioner, this series brings together decades of exploration into the transformative power of movement.
Each gathering invites deep listening — to body, space, rhythm, and silence — as pathways toward self-discovery and connection.
This progression is designed for adults 30 and older who wish to deepen their relationship with body and spirit.
No previous dance or yoga experience is necessary — only openness, curiosity, and a willingness to move.### Session Overview
#### Session 1 – Awakening Movement
An introduction to embodied awareness through yoga and breath.
We begin by awakening the body gently, connecting to the ground, and inviting movement that arises from within.#### Session 2 – Flow & Awareness
Exploring rhythm, transitions, and the relationship between motion and stillness.
Discover how presence transforms even the simplest gesture into expression.#### Session 3 – Expression & Stillness
Deepen into intuitive improvisation — listening to the body’s intelligence and allowing spontaneous movement to emerge.
This session invites freedom and creative dialogue between movement and silence.#### Session 4 – Integration & Presence
Bringing the practice together — weaving yoga, awareness, and expression into one harmonious whole.
We close the journey in stillness, reflection, and community sharing.### Workshop Details
- Location: Albuquerque, NM (exact venue to be announced)
- Schedule: Four monthly sessions, beginning November 30, 2025
- Duration: 4 hours each
- Tuition: $120 per workshop
- Early Bird: $100 per workshop, if registered at least two weeks before each session
- Pay for all 4 workshops: $360
- Group size: Limited, to allow for personal attention and a shared, intimate experience
