• chakra information card
• crystal
• candle / incense
So that you may continue checking in with and supporting your Sacral Chakra after the workshop.

Please bring with you:
• yoga mat
• pillow
• blanket
• anything that will aid in comfort as you lay on your back during meditation

No chakra knowledge or experience needed — just curiosity.
