Come join us for a refreshing and energizing Vinyasa flow yoga class to start off your weekend well. This is an all-levels English yoga class with a focus on mindful physical movement that is moderate to vigorous. Zoom option available, with 10 people max at the studio.

We will start with a time to ground with the monthly theme, and come into our breath, then flow with our breath as we work towards the peak pose. The experience is what matters, not the shape!

¥3,200 for drop in (¥1,500 for your first class). 5 x and 10 x tickets available for cheaper rates.

Yoga mats are available with no extra charge, but please use a small towel under your head when lying down (studio rental rule). If you own yoga blocks or strap, please bring them. If not, no worries.
