6月のミートアップは雰囲気のあるみなとみらいのインドレストラン モハンで行います。

こちらのレストランではアーユルヴェーダに基づき、伝統的なインド料理を現代に融合させ、 素材の輝きを最大限に引き出した インド人シェフによる本場のインド料理を提供しています。 調味料や添加物を一切使わず、 良質なスパイスと新鮮な食材で調理し、 地産地消に根付いた持続可能な食材調達にも力を入れています。

写真からもわかる通り、お店の雰囲気もいいですね。
1990年からやっているみたいです。すごいですね。
それでいて、内装は新しくおしゃれでした。

このおしゃれなインドレストランで本格シェフの作るアーユルヴェーダの
インド料理を食べながら楽しいひと時を過ごしましょう。

今回はあらかじめいくつかの料理をオーダーしておきますので、
それが終わったらみんなで好きなものを追加して、割り勘にすることにしましょう。
料金は大体3000円くらいになると思います。
飲み放題（1650円）もありますよ。

Our June meetup will be held at Mohan, an atmospheric Indian restaurant in Minato Mirai.
Based on Ayurvedic principles, this restaurant blends traditional Indian cuisine with modern techniques to serve authentic Indian dishes prepared by an Indian chef who brings out the best in each ingredient. The dishes are prepared using only high-quality spices and fresh ingredients, with no artificial seasonings or additives, and the restaurant is committed to sustainable sourcing rooted in the “farm-to-table” philosophy.

As you can see from the photos, the restaurant has a great atmosphere.
Let’s enjoy a pleasant time at this stylish Indian restaurant,
savoring authentic Ayurvedic Indian cuisine prepared by a professional chef.

I’ll order a few dishes in advance for this gathering,
and once we’ve finished those, we can all order additional items as we like and split the bill.
I estimate the cost will be around 3,000 yen per person.
There’s also an all-you-can-drink option (1,650 yen).

Whenever we host meetups, there are always some no-shows,
sometimes we have to pay for the no-shows as well.
We are having a hard time with this.
We kindly ask you to refrain from last minute cancellations and no-shows, except for unavoidable reasons.
