Scripture Nature Walk

Join me on a Forest Therapy Walk (also known as Forest Bathing). This will be a time to slow down and move meditatively through the forest, experiencing the magic of the natural world in a whole new way. Numerous studies demonstrate amazing benefits to this practice, but this will be about opening your heart to communicate with the forest on a deeper level. This is a special version I am calling a Scripture Nature Walk since I will be weaving in bible verses along with the walk.

We will be traversing Franklin and Marshall’s hidden gem of a nature trail on the edge of Lancaster city. This will be a slow 2.5 hour easy stroll. There are no bathrooms, bring along water and bug spray and be prepared for a unique experience! The address is: 1500 Vermont ave Lancaster pa.
