Kingdom at Work #1

Details
Hello, everyone! We are re-booting Young Professionals in Christ! And we want to focus on creating an intimate and practical learning experience.
"The kingdom of heaven is like yeast that a woman took and mixed into about sixty pounds of flour until it worked all through the dough." - Matthew 13:33
Many of us have a strong desire to bring the Kingdom of God into our workplaces, to be that transformative 'yeast' in the dough of our professional lives. We believe that, just like the yeast permeates every part of the dough, we too can have a profound impact on our workplaces, colleagues, and the broader professional world.
To do this effectively, we need to hear real, practical examples of bringing the Kingdom to our workplaces, and make room for each other to ask the hard questions, so that we can find practical help through the Word and the Spirit in community.
As such, we are organising a series of intimate get-togethers for the next few months, where a small group of individuals with questions about practicing Kingdom at work can come together to get practical support from the Body of Christ.
This gathering will be facilitated by Bryan Long, the organiser of a microchurch and founder of a Kingdom start-up, and Grace Loke, the organiser of an intercampus ministry connecting and resourcing young people.
To make this gathering an effective one, we will have to keep the numbers to a maximum of 10 participants.
To join this event, you have to fill in a very short form which will be given when you RSVPed. You will also have to be very sure that you can make it on the gathering date and time.
We will open RSVPs to 30 people but will curate it to the 10 people who will benefit from this session the most based on the answers received. RSVPs will end this Sunday, 1159pm. Please feel free to be on the waitlist even if the limit is reached just in case slots open up.
[PS: If you like to facilitate these Kingdom at Work gatherings, we welcome volunteers to come on board and help us! Please message Grace Loke directly on Meetup.]
