What we’re about
This group welcomes anyone interested in becoming a self-actualized leader, with a special focus on humility. I have found that practicing humility keeps us teachable and creative and alleviates the ego’s need in having to be "right", therefore making the other person "wrong." Let’s put the ego aside and just have fun learning. I started this group because I believe every single person is a natural born leader and has special gifts that can benefit not only themselves, but our families, our communities and literally the entire world! Our get-togethers will include studying from wonderful teachings such as The Arbinger Institute’s “Outward Mindset”, to diving in deeply with John C. Maxwell’s “21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership”, to Ryan Holiday’s “The Obstacle is the Way” to name just a few. My goal is to assist our group in developing our own individual strengths, so we can apply leadership skills towards becoming the highest version of ourselves. Let’s all grow, have a bit of fun and create amazing relationships together!
