About us
If you have always wanted to check out a Renaissance faire but felt a little overwhelmed by the costumes, the language, or simply not knowing what to expect, this is the group for you. We are a collection of folks who are curious about the culture and want to experience our first event with a bit of guidance. Our goal is to take the intimidation factor out of the experience so everyone can feel comfortable diving in for the first time.
We plan to meet up for casual chats to cover the basics, like how to dress, what to look for once you arrive, and how to get the most out of the entertainment and food. Once we are all feeling ready, we will organize a group outing to a local faire so we can navigate the grounds together. Whether you are coming alone or just looking for a friendly crew to join, we would love to have you along for the adventure.
