Join me every Tuesday & Thursday at 8.45am for a 1-hour wellness journey that combines Kapalabhati, meditation, and a mindful walk in nature.

Schedule:

📍 Meeting Point: Mayflower MRT Exit 4 F79 Taxi Stand
🚶 Walk to Ang Mo Kio Town Garden West
🌬 7 minutes of Kapalabhati breathing & 3 minutes meditation (seated in the park)
🌳 Continue walking until 9.45 AM
🤗 Bonus: Hug a tree for grounding & connection (Optional)
