Our mission to to emphasize creative methods to get ahead while staring down the barrel of these interest rate "adjustments".

We'll be covering novel topics like market updates, seller financing, tiny homes, shared mortgages, storage facilities, and creative financing strategies. Our hope is to host an event every month, but we may decide to host more frequently if lots of people attend our events.
