Servant Leadership by Eva Nie
With agile delivery being utilised in almost every tech company we should have a look at how this requires a shift in leadership styles. This talk will be exploring the ideas behind leadership and specifically focus on servant leadership as a philosophy at work as well as in life.

About our Speaker
Eva brings over 12 years of leadership experience to the table. She has lived almost all of her adult life in the UK and calls Scotland her second home. An experienced project management professional that has always been fascinated with how much influence a leadership style has on employee motivation. Before we accept a job offer we must make an effort to also accept the boss’s leadership style to make the next step of our career a fruitful one.
