What we’re about

We're ZATech, a community for those working in and around the South African tech community to gather, share and learn from each other.

Predominately, we meet online via our Slack workspace, which is the largest online tech community in South Africa.

We also have events, mainly around Cape Town, but sometimes in other locations too!

These might be informal drinks and dinner, or more formal presentations, or something in between.

Our first ZATech IRL meeetup!

This was born from a combination of #freelance-discuss and #indiehackersct that both have done in-person meetups before, but not recently.

If you're a freelancer, indiehacker, or entrepreneur, then come say hi IRL to some people you probably know through our ZATech Slack community.

Come early evening, from 5pm for laid back drinks and chitchat, probably morphing into dinner for anyone who wants to hang out longer, or come later.
