Now that we have learned the fundamental meaning of "meditation" using the three Buddhist terms translated into this single English word, we are ready to enter deeper states, more vivid, more expanded, more coherent.

We will practice forgiveness and letting go because (1) Virtue brings peace of mind. A peaceful mind easily (2) coheres (comes into natural flow, harmony, synchronicity). A coherent mind, being happy, develops (3) insight that culminates in enlightenment.

Happiness is the way. This is the Buddha's Path to Freedom here and now, to gain liberation from all suffering.

How to meditate? There are five hindrances (obstacles) and five breakthroughs to meditation (explained here (https://wisdomquarterly.blogspot.com/2017/11/how-to-meditate-instructions-sutra.html)). Knowledge of this opens our eyes to what to let go of and what to develop for immediate success.
