Shambhala Buddhist leader to visit Pasadena

The "Sakyong" Mipham Rinpoche of the cultish "Shambhala Buddhist" movement is coming to Southern California and appearing in Pasadena: Workshop and panel discussion with radical black Zen Rev. angel Kyodo williams and special guests exploring how "conversation can help us build bridges in these challenging times."

He is the son of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, the sex guru outed in the recent documentary "Crazy Wisdom" (look for clips on YouTube) for his outrageous behavior as an "enlightened" Tibetan man who was the teacher of the famous American Buddhist nun Pema Chodron.
