Dr. Lori Marsh is coming out with a new little book with InStill Mindfulness (https://www.instillmindfulness.org) on the East Coast called "Walking Stick Yoga" -- using hiking poles to hike and get into a series of yoga poses. We'll hike to the beautiful Los Angeles mystery that is the Bridge to Nowhere, do yoga, meditate, snack, and break the ice-olation.

Need a cool pair of hiking poles? We recommend some from https://www.montemlife.com/ref/instill, but any will do, even sturdy sticks from trees along the path.

Social distancing, fun masks, no kissing, and bring a water bottle. The hike is fairly easy but runs along a river, and we may see some rams, trout, and deer. Carpool, due to limited parking at trailhead, and make sure to get confirmation of your spot. Space is limited! Donation: $15, which includes copy of the eBook.
