We've completed one, and here's the second. Imagine ancient Los Angeles. This was the land of the Tongva/Kizh Indians. When someone was traumatized (got a fright or went into shock), the person would be diagnosed with a "susto." The cure? A grounding.
This is done with the guidance of a shaman, journeying into Nature, immersing in the resonant field of Mother Earth. The elements and fairy-spirits (called devas in Buddhism) help.
