# Monthly Sitting in Pasadena
Meditation instruction will be available. There are indoor and outdoor spaces for sitting and walking meditation. Please register ahead so we can know how many to expect. This event is LIVE at Neighborhood Church in Room 21 (upstairs, above Ross Chapel)
