Mindful Full Moon Walk (Easy Summer Hike), Pasadena

Join us on Friday the 13th for the final moonlight walk of the year. Mindfulness means paying attention rather than projecting or reacting. This is a beautiful opportunity to practice in nature while the weather is good and the company is lovely.

Once a month on Friday closest to the full moon, come to Pasadena for Moonlight Walk: Meet at 7:00 pm at the Eaton Canyon Nature Center (ECNC)) for a guided docent-led walk in groups of up to 15 each with as many groups as are needed, docents permitting.

(Five to seven groups is usual for this popular adventure ($2.00 supports ECNC).
