This yoga class taught by Holly begins with light movement and assisted partner stretching to synchronize breath and movement with one another, practicing together to connect and build trust.

Explore yoga practice together, integrating movement through playful partner exercises that help develop balance and stability in body and mind. It's easier with a partner.

To complete the practice, a long and guided massage exchange accesses deep relaxation and connection.
