What is breath? Prana (chi) = vital life-force energy. There is a way to directly contact mental BLISS and physical ECSTASY. It is by the gateway of the breath. Guided rhythmic breathing will take us into a deep meditative state.
This dynamic workshop will effectively harmonize mind and body. Mental clarity and deep relaxation are reached through breathing techniques (called pranayama in yoga). Our guide throughout the session will get us to:
*Release the old stuck patterns.
*Take the heart/mind in a new, more productive direction.
*Remove stale energy and old stress triggers.
Breathwork is a powerful approach combining Eastern spirituality and modern Western scientific research. Optional: bring a yoga mat or comfortable towel.
