FIRE & FLOW: A 2026 New Year’s resolution and Alignment Workshop
The Zen Art Center, 86 Joy Street, Studio 5R, Somerville, MA, USSound Bath, Oracle Cards, Bagua Mapping, and the Astrology of the Fire Horse (a Donation Based Workshop).
Most New Year’s resolutions fail because they are built on willpower rather than values. In 2026—the year of the Fire Horse—the energy is fast, passionate, and independent. Without a clear direction and grounded systems, this heat can lead to scattering and burnout.
Join Nadia Mounsif, Zen Teacher at the Mind Light Way School of Zen, for a 2-hour deep dive into “2026 alignment and new year’s resolution.”
We are moving past the "vision board" and into a architectural blueprint for the year. We will combine somatic clearing, celestial timing, and the ancient Bagua map to ensure your 2026 is defined by clarity and alignment, not hustle.
The Journey:
- Somatic Prep: A 15-minute Crystal Bowl Sound Bath to regulate the nervous system and clear mental clutter.
- The Fire Horse & The Stars: A briefing on 2026’s planetary transitions and how to harness the high-velocity energy of the Fire Horse without losing your center.
- Value-Based Resolutions: Define your "Why." We align your resolutions with your core values, shifting from "should-dos" to "must-be's."
- The Bagua Blueprint: Using the Feng Shui Bagua map, we will strategically plot intentions across all 9 areas of your life (Wealth, Fame, Love, Family, Health, Children/Creativity, Knowledge, Career, Helpful People/Travel), focusing on authenticity and purpose over fleeting motivation.
- Intuitive Guidance: An extended 25-minute Oracle session to uncover blind spots and identify the "levers" that will make your goals inevitable.
Why This is Different:
This isn't about coming up with unsustainable goals. It’s about connecting with your purpose and architecting the next version of "you"—getting one step closer to your highest expression.
We use Zen principles to subtract what isn't true to you and create a minimalist, high-impact compass for the year ahead.
