As the holidays unfold and the New Year approaches, many of us feel a natural pull toward reflection, renewal, and clarity. Winter slows the world down just enough for us to notice what usually stays hidden in the rush of daily life.

Join Zen Master Sebastian Rizzon for a peaceful evening of Zen practice designed to help you reconnect with stillness during a full and emotional season.

This gathering includes:

  • A guided meditation to settle the mind and release holiday tension
  • A seasonal Zen talk exploring winter, awareness, and the possibility of beginning again
  • A short mantra meditation to help steady and focus the mind
  • Time for questions and conversation with the community

No background in Zen or meditation is required — complete beginners and experienced practitioners are equally welcome.

If you’re looking for a grounding, meaningful pause before the New Year, this evening offers a warm, quiet space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters.

The event is free, but donations are welcomed and appreciated!

Studio 5R is on the 1st floor, call 781-530-0753 if the front door is locked.
