Join Zen Master Sebastian Rizzon, founder of the Mind Light Way School of Zen, for an evening of meditation and Zen teaching exploring the nature of the mind and the path to awakening.

This gathering includes a guided meditation followed by a Dharma talk that explores one of the most fundamental questions in Zen practice: What is the mind? Through meditation and practical insight, Zen Master Sebastian Rizzon will help participants experience how the mind can become clear, steady, and open.

Using the metaphor of building your dream house, this talk explores how daily practice creates the foundation for clarity, resilience, and awakening. Just as a house must be built step by step, Zen practice develops through consistent meditation, attention, and awareness in everyday life.

This event is especially helpful for people who:

  • Feel mentally scattered or overwhelmed
  • Want to develop a consistent meditation practice
  • Are curious about Zen and awakening
  • Are seeking greater clarity, stability, and presence in daily life

Whether you are completely new to meditation or have been practicing for years, this meetup offers a welcoming space to explore Zen practice through direct experience.
Come sit, meditate, and explore the nature of the mind together.

While the class is free of charge, donations are greatly appreciated to support the Zen Art Center's mission to cultivate inner peace and harmony in the world. Your generosity enables us to expand our schedule of offerings and continue serving our community.
