What happens when meditation and writing meet?

In this immersive two-hour workshop, we will explore the relationship between mind, meditation, and creativity. Through guided sound meditation, walking meditation, koan contemplation, and focused writing exercises, participants will explore writing from direct experience rather than from habit or assumption.
This workshop invites you to approach the edge of language — where experience comes before explanation.

We will explore:
• Descriptive writing rooted in present-moment awareness
• Writing from the senses — near and far
• Dialogue and dream exploration
• Koan meditation on the nature of our being
• Writing in response to fundamental questions about the mind
• A collaborative creative closing exercise

Whether you are an experienced writer or simply curious about creativity and awareness, this workshop offers a space to slow down, observe clearly, and discover where expression begins.
No prior meditation or writing experience is necessary.

Please bring a notebook and pen.

Join us in exploring writing as practice — and practice as a form of creative discovery.
