What we’re about
The Group name reflects my significant interests during my lifetime -
(i) Zen Buddhism, (ii) writings of the Beat authors, mainly Jack Kerouac and Allen Ginsberg (iii) haiku 15 syllable poetry and (iv) Blues music. I am 83. My idea is to find enough people in the general Newcastle area with like interests, in one or more of these topics, to get together and chat.
I have no planned structure in mind. If there are enough interested, we could meet and flesh out the best way to proceed to the benefit of all members.
