The American desire to live unencumbered seems at odds with our desire to guarantee safety and prosperity. Discomfort with ultimate freedom or utopic and restricted seems to be the binary presented to us. How do we reconcile common sense laws and unbridled liberties that distinguish us from all others?
Are guns restrictions impairing the american conception of property rights? And most importantly, who’s the bad guy with a gun when the good guy can’t be found?
