About us
Hello! We are JAY and CHRIS, and we’ve just launched our new social gathering group.
Our group is open to anyone who wants to enjoy studying English, regardless of their skill level. Whether you’re just starting to learn English, looking for native speaker friends, or seeking study partners, everyone is welcome to join us!
For now, our gatherings will be held every Saturday. However, the schedule might change depending on personal schedules or holidays. We are also planning events like sports activities and movie screenings based on language exchange.
The meetings will take place at an office near Jamsil Station. We chose this location for the convenience of those living in Southern Seoul. However, we are aware that it might be inconvenient for those living in northern Seoul, so we are currently in talks with a venue in that area and plan to hold events there in the future.
The participation fee is 10,000 KRW, which covers the venue rental, Munto service fees, and snacks.<<>>
As for the structure, the first part of the event will focus on language exchange, and the second part will give everyone the chance to get to know each other better. We hope to enjoy a delicious meal together during this time. (Meals will be ordered via delivery, and we’ll split the cost among everyone, so prices may vary depending on the situation.)

저희 모임은 영어 실력에 상관없이 누구나 편하게 영어 공부를 즐길 수 있도록 만들어졌습니다.
영어를 이제 막 시작하시는 분부터, 영어 원어민 친구나 함께 공부할 친구를 찾는 분들까지 모두 환영합니다. 부담 없이 찾아와 주세요!
현재 저희 모임은 매주 토요일에 진행될 예정입니다.
다만, 개인 일정이나 공휴일에 따라 스케줄이 변경될 수 있으며, 언어 교환을 바탕으로 한 스포츠 활동이나 영화 관람 이벤트도 계획 중입니다.
장소는 잠실역 부근의 오피스에서 진행됩니다. 강남에 거주하시는 분들을 위해 잠실에서 모임을 먼저 시작하게 되었습니다. 다만, 강북에 거주하시는 분들이 오시기 불편하실 수 있어, 현재 강북 지역의 한 장소와도 협의 중이며, 앞으로 강북에서도 이벤트를 진행할 예정입니다.
참가비는 1만 원이며, 이 금액에는 장소 대관비, 문토 수수료, 그리고 간식비가 모두 포함되어 있습니다.

모임의 대략적인 진행 순서는 1부에서 언어 교환 시간을 갖고, 2부에서는 서로 더 친해지는 시간을 가질 계획입니다. 2부에서는 맛있는 식사와 함께 즐거운 시간을 보내기를 기대하고 있습니다.
(식사는 배달 음식을 시켜서 함께 나누며 비용은 N빵 형식으로 나눌 예정이며, 따라서 가격은 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.)
