About us

A space for people in the Zug area but also for whole Switzerland who want to grow, slow down, and connect — properly, not over small talk.

This isn’t a lecture series or a networking grind. It’s a circle: a small, recurring gathering where we explore the things that actually shape how we feel and move through life — stress and the nervous system, emotional patterns, rest, boundaries, the body’s quiet signals. Some evenings lean into conversation. Others include gentle breathwork, a simple yoga practice, or a short talk on how the mind and body actually talk to each other.

I’m Otilia — a physician specialised in psychiatry and psychosomatic medicine, and a yoga and Ayurveda teacher. I started this circle because I kept seeing the same thing in my work: people carrying enormous loads with nowhere unhurried to set them down. This is that place. Grounded in real science, held with real warmth — and never a substitute for therapy or medical care. Think of it as a circle, not a clinic.

You belong here if you’re curious about your inner world, want practical tools you can actually use, and would like to meet others on a similar path. No experience with yoga, meditation, or “inner work” needed. Just come as you are.

We meet in the Zug area, with occasional online or personal sessions.
