Let’s SWEAT, DANCE and HAVE FUN together 🍑 We’re Carla & Isa from Vitamin Spice and we’re creating a community to share our love for latin dance, fitness and wellness with other like-minded dancing souls!
Our Zumba sessions are high energy dance workouts, where you’ll pick up some new dance moves and improve your skills to the rhythm of reggaeton, salsa, merengue, cumbia and so much more! We will make you BURN calories through lunges, squats and light bodyweight exercises ❤️🔥💦
Most importantly, it’s your moment to enjoy the music, release, let your playful side come out (or your Beyoncé side!) and make NEW FRIENDS 💖✨
