What we’re about

This is a fun Zumba class for everyone! No previous dance experience needed. The aim is to connect with a friendly local community, meet new people and have fun while exercising our bodies and improving our mental well-being!

As a Zumba instructor and a Clinical Psychologist in Doctoral Training, this class is a unique combination of both dance and mindfulness meditation. Come experience it in person!
