I am an entrepreneur and university lecturer, working on digital customer experience, digital business strategies & models, and leadership. Having worked a lot with (and developed some 40) Management Games, I have a crush on Game Based Design / Gamification as one of the most powerful frameworks I know to tackle issues on engaging people. I also run the Business Gamification Meetup Zurich
