I invite you to join my Hatha Yoga outdoor classes to connect with yourself, challenge your mind & body and spend some quality time outdoors.
Discover the art of balance and well-being through the serene practice of Hatha Yoga.
Unite your body and mind as you embrace the gentle yet transformative postures, soothing breathwork, and serene meditation.
For 60 minutes, I will guide you through asana (postures), pranayama(breathwork) & meditation. My goal is that you leave your mat energized, yet relaxed and balanced :-)
The class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
