Saturday coffee+AI lab: build your first automation
Cafe Baci Baci, Maneggpl. 48, 8041 Zürich, Switzerland, Zürich, ZH, CHMost of us have a task that comes back every week, like sorting the inbox on Monday morning, preparing for meetings, chasing invoices or writing the same follow-up email after every call.
In this hands-on workshop you pick one of those tasks, map it step by step and build an AI automation that does it for you.
We will use Claude and connect it to your inbox and calendar, so it works with your real emails and meetings instead of text you copy and paste into a chat. You don’t need any coding experience.
What we will do
- List the tasks you repeat each week and pick the one worth handing off first
- Map that task: what starts it, what information it needs and what a good result looks like
- Build your own automation in Claude
- Set it to run every week on its own, with drafts waiting for your approval before anything is sent
- Show your result to the group and collect ideas for the next task to automate
You will leave with
- One working automation for a task from your own week
- A one-page task map you can reuse every time you want to automate something new
- A one-week challenge to keep your automation running and improve it
Who it is for
Women who run a business, work in a team or are building something of their own, and are curious how AI could help with everyday tasks.
It suits complete beginners. If you’ve never tried an AI tool, you’re in the right place. If you’ve already played around with ChatGPT or Claude, you’ll pick up new ways to make it more useful in your day-to-day work.
💻 Bring your laptop - required to take part in the exercises.
🎟️ The cost of the event - CHF 39 - covers drinks and snacks for the full 2 hours. This fully covers the cost; the organizers aren't paid for this event.
📍 Location: Baci Baci - cosy cafe in the heart of Manegg where local Swiss products meet Italian passion and hospitality :)
