Hike & Yoga in the Alpstein - 2025 edition!

Our yearly 'Hike & Yoga' to one of the most magical place of the Alpstein! An accessible morning hike to this pristine lake, a yoga practice in the middle of the mountains serenaded by the cow bells & the birds, an optional picnic to share a convivial moment together, this is our signature summer event & we'd love for you to join us!

Imagine lying down in the grass after a smooth yoga class, surrounded by mountains & serenaded by the sounds of cow bells & the wind... Does that sound like something you want to do? If YES, here is the plan: let's meet next to the Alpenrose guest house in Wasserauen, then enjoy a beautiful hike up to Seealpsee lake (approx. 1h-1h30).
Once there we'll practice an hour of yoga & meditation. You are free to leave after the yoga session for further hiking on your own! Otherwise, we'll stay together a little longer to enjoy a picnic in this beautiful scenery (and maybe a fresh lake swim!) before hiking back down.

OPEN TO ALL LEVELS OF HIKING & YOGA
In case of bad weather, the event will be canceled on Friday.

// What to bring:

• Hiking shoes or good trainer shoes
• Comfortable light clothing to move (you can bring a spare top for the yoga class if you wish)
• Hat & Sunscreen
• Yoga mat or a large towel / A yoga mat can be provided on request
• A picnic & WATER
• Optional: a bathing suit (if you like fresh water!)

// Access to Wasserauen:

• 30min drive from St. Gallen / Parking available in Wasserauen
• SBB train to Wasserauen station (CHF 9.- from SG)

NB: it is absolutely fine if you catch a train that arrives around 9:10am in Wasserauen - we will wait for the whole group to be here to start the hike! Just let me know so I know ;)
